The place is a in a good location. It's close to BTS and Terminal 21

The room was very small. The bed was like sleeping on wood. The shower didn't function well ( almost no hot water) and there was hair still on the blanket which means they didn't clean

Convenient, clean, with diligent staff

Check-in was cumbersome and no one at front-desk in evenings. Do NOT forget your keycard.

Very nice and comfortable place and also clean. I really liked it. My phone was broke and they helped me a lot, it was very good decision to choose place near the metro station

The room, proximity plus host was super...value for money! The host is a warm super helpful person. The staff too accomodated us pretty smoothly. Basic facilities but sufficient for the stay as we were pretty much out all the time. The proximity to metro, malls was also added value. Overall the simplicity of the place, the staff made it really a good stay for us. Highly recommend this place. We booked this place twice and would be happy to book it once again without a second thought.

Budget rooms dont have window or balcony. Recommend to take the rooms with balcony or atleast a window.. Its personal preference to have an open space. Nothing in general

I paid for the smallest room possible1. Great location, same block as Terminal 21 mall!2. Not expensive, even close to Christmas3. Quiet location4. Clean comfortable rooms1 and 2 alone would make me consider this place again

1. Mediocre bathroom alone killed the stay: shower was basically on top of the toilet, shower water not hot enough, water pressure not strong, water doesnt drain well so you're stuck with a wet bathroom floor all day, and a tiny little sink so you have no place to put toothbrushes and toilet paper.2. Tiny desk, so be aware if you're planning to work with a big laptop setup3. Staying on the ground level, it was noisier than I had planned, just hearing people outside by the dumpster all day.

I regret choosing this hotel. location is the only relatively good side, you can reach 2 metro lines by walk. There is a ridicolous policy of removing your shoes before entering the corridor and keep it in a wardrobe and only walk in flip flops. Outdates bathroom, the shower didnt work at first, I had to dress up again, go to the reception to ask for help. the cards you use for the building and the room are kind of large, doesnt fit your wallet. signs of possible fines written everywhere. bed was okay. only book it if you only want to sleep there and take a shower, doesnt want to spend more time.

This property is amazingly clean. This starts right at the front door where they make you put your shoes into a cabinet and wear slippers to your room. This continues into the room where everything is spotless.

The amazing cleanliness of the rooms is replaced by how plain they are. No decorations on the wall, minimal furniture. All very practice.

Excellent location close to BTS and MRT as well as Terminal 21. The staff is so helpful and lovely, they take care of every little detail. The place is super clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend!

Cosy rooms, located centrally, near Asok and T21. Very clean and quiet.

I loved the location as it’s close to the BTS and MRT and of its central location to everything.

More of a tiny inconvenience is the bathroom. The sink and the shower has the same floor so the floor is wet for hours after you finish taking a shower. I think a squeegee or one of those window cleaner wands would do wonders to pull the water to one side so the water can drain. Not a big deal but an improvement they could potentially make.

It's my second stay in this place and as always it was clean and very comfortable. The location is very convenient to malls and shops and restaurants. But the rooms were quiet and beds were also comfortable and good for resting and sleeping.The only thing I was a bit disappointed about was that the room I was given did not match the photo. I was expecting a more spacious room but there were 2 beds so there was not much space to move. But the owner kindly looked for ways to move me to another room, but in the end I just stayed in the same room. But that's ok. The owner also kindly helped me book a taxi at 4:30 am which was very helpful since it was a holiday season. Very kind of her.This time I also used their laundry facility by just dropping my clothes at the reception and they kindly folded them and left it in front of my door.The place also felt safe at night and it was easy to find. Only takes 20-30 mins from DMK airport by taxi.

Quiet, clean, grear location, safe. I will definitely stay again.
